Terms and Conditions/Pricing Policy:

Remote Tech - We Dial into your system to troubleshoot or repair your system
Payment of $45.00 is required when we receive your laptop or desktop or start the remote service. The $45.00 is non refundable but if you have the repair done buy us the $45.00 goes toward the repair for laptop and computer repair, if the service is going to be over $90.00, we will call with the cost to repair.

Pick and Delivery charges are $45 to $85.00 above the repair of the computer or laptop.

All Onsite Service is $85.00 per hour. We can give detailed estimates if you fill out the form and a tech will get back to you. Travel Time is a consideration on onsite service. If you have virus or spyware we will allways suggest Pick up and Delivery. Our inside techs will only charge 2 hours no matter how long it takes to scan the system

There is never an obligation to have any repairs done after you get the quote.

The Diagnosis fee of $45 goes toward any repair.
